The ability to effectively communicate with team members of all thinking styles is a tremendous asset. My balanced thinking preference brings this value and risk reduction to my team. It is natural for me to switch from the big picture to the details and then seeing how then may fit into an effective structure and human process. It is routine for me to “get it” from the view of the different thinking styles and then form an integrated and complementary solution that meets all requirements. The powerful influence of my "C" quadrant is underscored by my intense desire to serve others, and facilitate dialog and teamwork.
